| Eurochild.com will accept returns for Eurochild.com Store Credit Only. Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery date,unused and in pristine condition with original tags and receipt.
No returns on Sale Items.
All Sale Items and Special Orders are final.
For returns, simply follow the step below:
Step 1: Email us at Sales@Eurochild.com with the item(s) you want to return and reason.
Step 2: We will provide you with a Return Authorization # to write on the outside of the box.
Returned packages must be shipped pre-paid. Once your
returned items have been recieved, we will issue you a Eurochild.com credit towards your next visit with us.
(Please note, customer is responsible for all shipping costs on exchanges)
